UB is projected to win 9 games this year. They're not the "worst of the worst".

Yeah, UB would beat quite a bunch of P5 teams, and Nova very well could win the FCS NC. We didn't lose to two ****** teams, but admittedly should've won both.

Pretty sure he was referencing the loss at home to FCS Villanova...

Temple/Villanova is a rivalry game like it or not, FCS or not. The record for the two teams in the "Mayor's Cup" game is 16 wins, 16 losses, and 2 ties. Villanova's win broke a 4 game win streak against 'Nova. 'Nova had a 3 game win streak prior to that. More recently, since 2003, Temple has the edge 4 to 3. It is Villanova's competitiveness as to why the Big East considered adding them to the conference at one time.

Unfortunately for Villanova, their stadium was not big enough and they were not willing to spending to expand it. Had they joined the conference AND if they stayed, they would certainly pick up a win or two most years in conference play. Let's not forget that they also won an FCS title recently.

It's not a horrible program. Programs that include HOF Howie Long and all-pro Brian Westbrook can't be all bad.

we just beat our rivals who are a top 25 fcs school...they are still fcs and you guys are expected to beat them regardless of how good they are...they are not NDSU... while I get rivalry games have added emotion and intensity my point still stands
