Cristian Williams. Junior. Starting "Middle" Safety.

Career is over. They found a cyst on his spine that could paralyze him if he took a big hit.

Worst injury in ECU history happened to the man in the link below in the very next game when #14 ECU went down to NOLA to overcome 4 turnovers and eek out a come from behind victory over Tulane (was there in person & it was a great game) but we lost a shot at the Orange Bowl that day because we lost the heart and soul of our defense. UCF taking out Marcus Crandell in '93 is a close 2nd.

East Carolina's C.J. Wilson blocked Tevenot's 46-yard field-goal attempt and Quentin Cotton returned the ball 44 yards for a touchdown and a 7-0 lead with 12:16 remaining in the second quarter.

& that's how the rivalry began.

the late hitter, Emil Ekiyor has a son who was an elite 2018 4 star o-lineman who signed with alabama (it seems former UCF players don't encourage their 4 and 5 star kids to play for UCF).

I compressed my spine on the Kick-cover team first play of the game when I was a Freshman in High school. Must be why I randomly Capitalize things...
