Louisville was to ECU; what Utah, BYU and TCU was to Boise State. Hell BYU left rather than be in the same league as Boise State.

ECU was invited as a football only school so that does not really make much sense.

See this is what happens when you don't know the history of conferences. You didn't know the history between Louisville and ECU from CUSA so you wouldn't understand what went down in the AAC. Once Louisville got invited to the ACC rather than UConn, then it was clear that ECU would get an invite to the AAC. It wouldn't have mattered if San Diego State and Boise State left or stayed. ECU was still going to get an invite to the AAC for the same reasons that they eventually got a full invite in CUSA.

Just think about it in terms of Boise State being blocked all those years from entering the MWC by Utah, TCU and BYU. Once those schools left then the other MWC schools invited Boise State.

I am pretty sure that TCU did the same thing to SMU when TCU was in CUSA.

The difference is the MWC was not adding schools ahead of BSU. The Big East added BSU, SDSU, Memphis, Ucf, Houston, SMU before adding ECU football only. To try to imply the league is better off does not fit the history of who was actually added and when. I actually like ECU, it’s a great program. I just think BSU and SDSU added more than Tulslane. Things have worked out ok for all involved

I wasn't aware they beat UNC. That's great to beat the alleged "big boys." We've beaten the PAC12 in our last 4 or 5 tries (Stanford, Cal and ASU).

Yes I agree. I started to come back at you, then I remembered that I actually like SDSU outside of that troll fanhood LOLOL. I watch SDSU games and I see a team that looks and plays like an AAC team. If it were not for greed and arrogance ofBoise the AAC would've been hands down indisputably p6 with no competition left in the g4. For some odd reason I think that SDSU could still end up in the AAC though some kinda crazy scenario. Until then Good luck against all except the AAC and fff Boise.
