Basketball Corruption Trials May affect Schools due to new NCAA Rules
I thought this was interesting now that trials stemming from the FBI NCAA sneaker corruption investigation have actaully begun. If this is accurate, it could potentially cause issues at a number of different schools. For those schools that might be mentioned in these proceedings, its probably worth keeping an eye on.

Good time to remind people that new rules released under Rice Commission now allow NCAA to use statements made under oath in court as evidence to bring infractions cases and potential penalties against institutions and peoples without conducting their own investigation.

During opening statement this morning, Jim Gattto's atty promised evidence would show Oregon offered "an atronomical amount of money" to recruit Brian Bowen to play for the Ducks. The $100,000 deal to attend Louisville was to "level the playing field."

James Madison's program is being investigated for decades of extortion. "Worth every penny" revealed a senior Adidas executive, “anything to keep those @#$%ers from wearing our apparel and footwear.”
