Unfortunately, it was earlier in the season than the previous couple of times.

Hey, not last year, lol. And I don't think it mattered. Our D still sucks, and our QB can't throw anything but wounded ducks past 10 yards. And we're apparently awful in the rain.

But Navy ain't gonna be so hot this year, either, unfortunately for both of us.

Mostly joking, and definitely some trolling.
But look at the years Navy has beaten Memphis:
2015 - Before Navy 8-0 (4-0). Navy loss onward 1-4 (1-3)
2016 - Before Navy 5-1 (2-0). Navy loss onward 3-4 (3-3)

Now that I think about, we went into Memphis 5-0 (3-0) last year and then went 2-6 (1-4) from there

Yall also broke the 2016 Houston team. Never gonna get over that one. lol

Congrats on the win Tulane! To be honest it surprised me, but not too much. I picked Memphis to finish 3rd in the West. I'm not looking as crazy for it now.

Anybody really could beat anyone else in this West division this season. That's pretty remarkable.

Damn. That is the least attended FBS game I have seen, outside of Ypsilanti. It actually looked better on TV. Did it fill up a bit later?

Announced attendance was 16,631. Rain including lightning before the game, rain through the first half.

I count 20 teams with lower ANNUAL AVERAGE attendance than that. Yes, half of those are MAC with their weekday MACtion trading exposure for ticket sales. But there is a mwc team on that list that AVERAGED less than Tulane's announced last night. Another two mwc teams had annual average attendance less than a thousand over last night's.

Nice try, but you need to go back to troll school.

ive been following him because of the whole last chance u thing

memphis has been playing cupcakes, while garden city has been playing the juggernauts of the juco world

since the season started he has upset the #2 and #5 (new last chance u) juco teams (were favored to lose both).. they are now favored to play in the national championship vs (old last chance u) if they win their conference games (theyll be favored in all)

cam newtons had way worse stats in juco than at auburn, so its no like juco numbers follow...almost any qb with your surrounding roster would have put up big numbers vs te schedule you have played till this point

I don't have anything against Memphis only when we're defeated by them of course... Hehe 05-mafia

Yall's unexpected defeat was shocking I get it trust me but dude, why are you raising the mod red flag against pesik a good poster in this board... Reminder alert - Houston was hosed with the same nut kicking treatment when we lost our head coaches and lost a few winnable games.

My other point... All fan bases have a few posters others deslike b/c they're straight up expressions... Grow thicker skin - My $0.02

Tulane got robbed last year the refs made a bad call they could have easily won that game if the ref made the right call.
Making the right call instead of sticking up for each other the refs, to avoid embarrassment screwed Tulane. Tulane would have gone six and six and gotten into a bowl game so that was not fair

Y'all are being waaaaay too nice.

Next week vs. Cincy is an interesting situation. Tulane alumni will want Tulane to win - but nearly everyone else in the country will want Cincinnati to roll.

Perhaps we can be the villains of the AAC.

I have no idea what to think of the West at this point. I'm not crowning any team. Ok, well Houston maybe , lol.

We got us a school-yard fist fight on our hands.

Yeah, I want y'all to beat everyone in the west, and lose to everyone in the east. But really, I can't believe a 6-2 team like us could come out of the West. Seems like someone's gonna stay 8-0 or 7-1, and that is probably gonna be Houston.

Our current sloppy defensive coordinator has done an awful job... If we win out the rest of the season is going to b/c of our offense.

I think we lose two more games along the way IMO and I also belive UCF goes NY6 bowling.

Not trying to jinx you, but at this point week 5, it's tough to deny Houston holds the AAC Christmas keys to the West.

It's "FESTIVUS for the rest of us." Lol.

We didn't pass the "feats of strength" test. Lol.
