Pitt is AAU with a decent football/basketball tradition. Pitt/West Virginia could have been a continual decent rivalry the Big 12 desperately needs.

People who think ESPN gives one flip about AAU as it pertains to realignment are crazy. If ESPN went up to the Big Ten and said if you take Boise State, we will give each team another $10MM they would sign Boise up in a heartbeat. They only use it as an excuse (one of many) to keep non-blue bloods out.
