Georgia Tech 66 Louisville 31 has to qualify as a laughable score.

For a big-time program to give up 66 points and have 550 rushing yards rolled up on them at home by a Georgia Tech team that had barely shown any signs of life at all this season is just pathetic.

Not entirely qualified by the rules of the thread...but since BYU just fell out of the rankings.

I had said Utah State deserved a look in the G5 race.

USU looks good, but they still have to play at Hawai'i and at Boise State.

Darn, Utah St is just like Appalachian St where if they held on just 1 more minute against Michigan St/Penn St, they would’ve been right in the thick of top 25 contention if not a NY6 bowl.

Went to Clemson/UL last year and GT/UL this year. Don’t remember an empty seat at kickoff last year and paid a ton to get in. This year the stadium was 95% empty in the 4th Quarter (don’t blame them) and they gave me a ticket for free. What a difference a year makes (plus the erasure of Papa John’s signage).

Classic stadium though. Only on-campus stadium with 100% chairback IIRC. New end zone really completes big time feel. Very detailed on fan experience with little things like automated soap/water/paper towels and elevators for upper deck.

Imagine a world...where UCF, USF, Cincinnati, Appalachian State, Utah State, Hawaii, and Old Dominion were undefeated in the same season.

I have always that Louisville showed foresight in building this stadium in the late 1990s and then upgrading it to Power standards in the late 2000s when they were in the Big East. I think the facility was definitely helpful to them in securing the Big East and then the ACC invitations. Great investment.

Definitely. What happened to the BYU team that beat Wisconsin on the road? Or is the Big 10 really bad (except for Ohio St. & Penn St.)?

I watched the end of the 1st quarter. It was 21-0 and GT already had 150 yards rushing. They were averaging 10 yards per rushing play. Sounds like they let up on them after the first.

When Stanford redid their stadium they made everything other than the student section chairback (also IIRC).
