Purdue 49

Ohio State 20

Disastrous for ohio state. Not only a loss, but an embarrassing waxing like the loss to Iowa last year.

Will put them at a disadvantage when being compared eith other one loss teams at playoff selection time
.

Yes, it's the second time in two years it has happened. Could cause a 5-star guy or two to pass on tOSU in favor of another blue-blood.

We hope so as there is nothing more irritating than tOSU entitlement and endless playoff contention team.

What I've heard is their fans don't care that much about conference titles even NC's. Its all about staying ahead of Michigan, they only other school half of the tOSU fans can name off the top of their head.

From the recruiting perspective the most damaging thing would be a loss to Michigan to knock them down a peg.

That Michigan - Ohio State games shapes up to be the most competitive in years. I think Ohio State will win, but that's going to be massive.

Yeah, this loss could potentially cause a ripple effect that effects them for years on end (worst case scenario).

Good to hear.

As a Wisconsin resident I'm glad to see former UW Whitewater Warhawks coach Lance Leipold doing well out in Buffalo.
