Rarely have I seen a game turn on a play so abruptly. VT was ahead 21-14 in the second quarter, and had finally stopped GT - GT had not yet stopped them. VT looked to be in control of the game at that point.

GT punted, but the VT returner muffed it at around his own 12 yard line and GT recovered. They scored to tie the game a couple plays later, and after that the game was all Georgia Tech.

I missed that play on the way home. We had gone out to eat and started watching the game at the bar. Got home just as GT scored to tie it at 21.

* The AAC turns into a clusterfluff with everyone losing multiple games, some against teams to which they have no business losing
* UAB gets the NY6 bid
* Meanwhile Alabama implodes and falls out of the CFP and the Sugar Bowl's SEC tie-in, but still gets an NY6 bowl bid because Alabama
* Peach Bowl: UAB vs Roll Tide
How pretty is the sunrise the morning after that game is announced?

Army had zero yards last week against Miami with only two attempts too, though they did have a backup QB in.

How about laughable chokejobs? I’m under the overhang in pouring rain at TCF where the Hoosiers just erased the Boat Rowers 31-9 4th Quarter lead.

Honorable mention laugh for the ESPN crew covering the UCLA-Utah game. Bonetti (sp?) and Stouffer (sp?) ... only a vague recollection of their names.

They spitefully snipe at each other on air sarcastically. It's grating, annoying, distracting, unprofessional, and not fun to watch. I'd rather have Pam Ward call the broadcast.
