USU v SDSU
Bowling Green v Buffalo
And tonight's Oregon v Washington.
None tomorrow. Somebody confirm/correct?
Yes and we are on track for an average number of NIT autos.
St. Louis winning would help Houston on seeding as Utah St's did tonight. They have already been accounted for.

ODU wins, Montana wins. New Mexico St up five in first half.
Still have Washington/Oregon and UC Irvine/CS Fullerton. Both top seeds winning (preferably big) good things for the AAC.

A whopping 28 pts with 14 to go
So much standing around by both teams

And now Washington allowed Houston to have another win over a tournament team. What a disgusting display.

SLU is putting up a bunch of bricks today. Bonnies really didn't play well at all this year, but might return to the tournament anyhow.

A-10 Championship is spunky. How I like it.
SEC Championship is already over, and both teams are in - so it's a bit of a dead rubber.

I love how SLU plays. They have a very physical, defensive presence that would actually hold water in the Big East or American.
Them and VCU would be nice if we wanted two more...

I think the big east is eyeing them to drop in when UConn is for sure a no go (after the media deal announcement). They fit in perfectly to a midwest program and stepping stone to Omaha.
I could also see them add Dayton just to make divisions and cheaper travel for the other sports. Creighton, St. Louis, Butler, Marquette, DePaul, and Dayton form a nice little group, short travel. Xavier, Nova, Providence, St. John's, Seaton Hall, and Georgetown are a pretty tight little grouping too. For basketball you get nice pairings, SLU/Ceighton, Marquette/DePaul, Butler/Dayton, Xavier/Nova, Providence/St.John's, Seaton Hall/Georgetown.

Broski,
How you gonna have Dayton in a tight group with the Midwest schools and Xavier in a tight group with the East schools???
And I agree that St Louis makes sense for #11, but I'm not sold on any #12 to pair with them. Maybe if the Bonnies start earning regular tourney bids?

Because in that group only Xavier sticks out. They are stretching from the coast to the high plains.
A mostly east coast group of the traditional schools with the best of the noobs works well and is pretty good geographically with the old big east cities being so interconnected.
The helpful thing for the midwest is the pairings give you hops where you can bus. Milwaukee and Chicago are less than a 100 miles apart. 120 miles for Butler to Dayton. Marquette is under 400 miles from Dayton. DePaul and St. Louis are pretty close too at 300 miles. St. Louis to Creighton is the big one 430. Xavier is big to Nova, 555 miles, but all the rest are short for the "east". So basically you would only have two long jumps neither of which is outrageous and a midwest division and an eastern division. For the most part your Olympic sports are in a bus league, using a good rotation schedule set up to minimize travel they could cut quite a bit of their costs.
The clause only covers one school though, so St. Louis makes the most sense if it's just one as the big east indicated earlier this year.
