We could totally lose to UConn. When you, as a coach, call enough ridiculous, ineffective offensive plays and utilize a freshman QB as your sole offensive weapon, you can lose to anybody.

I think there haven been several games since the start of the '17 season that we've said, "If Mo loses this one, he should be fired on the spot" and I think every time it was said it was true. If something can be more true than true that statement, following a loss to UConn during a season that a half-decent coach would at least be on the cusp of making a bowl, is the truest kind of true that true can be.

If we manage to lose to UConn, Mo should be fired before he makes it to the locker room. We know he likely won't be because the people in charge either don't exist or are a bunch of buffoons.

Yep. No AD. Hart says he doesn't have the authority to fire and hire coaches. Shanahan said last week on Pirate Radio the BOT doesn't have the authority, it's up to the AD. Who's going to make that call? Staton?

I think ECU is undeniably more talented right now, but is that enough to overcome how terrible a coach Mo is? Normally I’d say yes at home, but this is likely to be the worst crowd in modern history, and possibly the worst crowd in Dowdy Ficklin Stadium history. That along with nothing really to play for makes a loss very possible.
