I think for that to happen there needs to be one more step.

Michigan beats Ohio State.

Northwestern beats Michigan in the CCG.

West Virginia beats Oklahoma, or the Sooners lose in the CCG.

But as much love as the networks give to the Buckeyes because of the # of viewers they pull in somebody has to hand them a second loss before Washington State could feel comfortable. That and the committee needs to remember that WSU's lone loss came as the result of a bad officiating call. So arguably they should be undefeated.

We could not see Wazzu vs Oklahoma in the Rose Bowl. But perhaps Ohio State.

Heck, i think a good argument can be made for Wazzu over Ohio State snd Oklahoma even if Oklahoma doesn't lose. Wazzu looks like the #6 team right now.

I am happy for Leach. Since UCF can't go to the playoffs, I would love to see Wazzou make it.
