That was part of my premise exactly. Alabama and OSU have more impressive programs than Clemson, despite Clemson getting two of the last three.

That's not what I was saying. What Bama has done in conference, consistently, is more impressive because they have a higher degree of difficulty. But even though Clemson and Ohio State have easier rides in conference than Bama does, there have been seasons, including this past season obviously, when one of them had a better team.
