Penalties, one team playing disciplined so far, the other is not.

Both these defenses are playing really good so far. Hopefully it stays this way the whole game, my kind of game.

MS outplayed Iowa but had 9 penalties whereas the refs called zero on the Hawkeyes, and Iowa capitalized on turnovers. Sheesh.

Mississippi State should have been more disciplined and they might have won!?!? Regardless, I thought they both played hard and it was a great game. Mississippi State has nothing to hang there head about, game could have went either way.

It was a good football game, at least for the quarter and half i watched, but it is pretty amazing when the refs say one team never committed a foul all game.

The Big Ten West is 8-1 in bowls the last 2 seasons, going 4-1 this season and 4-0 last season.

I'm an Ohio State fan, I like the teams in the west. I root against teams in the east, sorry but i have none of this conference pride crap for the teams in the East.
