Distinct possibility it won't sell out. Hate to say it, UFN just put the game in the east.

Speaking just for me, it's just too much of a pain in the ass to go all the way out there.

It's only in a 'bad location' because both teams are from the southeast.

If the title game was Oregon vs USC, it would be a good location.

They can't know who is going to be in the title game.

UFN just assume the PAC12 won't have a team

They needs to stop having the title game in locations West of Dallas.

Alabama (4)
Clemson (3)
Oregon (1)
Ohio State (1)
UGA (1)

Most of the country lives in the East, 4/5 power conferences are in the East, 9/10 national title participants have been in the East. It's just good logistics.

If they want to play an occasional game in the Rose Bowl, or Fiesta Bowl, or the new LA stadium that's fine, but it should only be like once every 8 or 10 years.

It shouldn't be in the Southeast every year either.

PAC football sucking for the last few years probably doesn’t help matters.

OU and Georgia sent plenty of people to the Rose Bowl.

If it was OU & Notre Dame or Ohio St. or Georgia instead of teams that have been in the playoffs the last 4 years, ticket sales would be fine. Or if it were in the southeast ticket sales would be fine. But there has to be some travel & budget fatigue with the Alabama and Clemson fan base.

Or maybe we should make Saban and Swinney retire.04-cheers
