AAC Day 2 TV Schedule plus Day 2, Day 3 & Championship Game Ticket Deals
This is the "get in" price (probably 3rd level tickets) for all remaining sessions as of this am on stubhub:
https://www.stubhub.com/find/s/?q=aac%20...is%2C%20tn

Prices will go up or down depending on if Memphis advances or not after today.

NOTE: 2nd game of each session requires at least a 25 min warm-up period so the start times of game 2's are WAY OFF.

This gameday thread is ugly, but I suppose it'll do.

I dunno why they schedule like this. It literally makes no sense.

I wonder where the Houston-UCONN game is being played. Only the other 3 say Memphis.

I dunno why they schedule like this. It literally makes no sense.

Gets people to tune in when early games are most likely still going on...which increases the networks TV ratings.

Of course Game 2 of each session will not tip off 2 hours after the tip off of Game 1...but networks don't care...they want to attract as many viewers as possible and keep them as long as possible (i.e. some folks will tune in for Game 2...and just keep that channel on for another 25-30 mins till next game starts as they watch the end of Game 1...and maybe listen to studio pre game show till tip off of Game 2).

It's being played in the alternate reality the ESPN announcers were in yesterday. The same reality where James Wiseman is both in Murfreesboro at the State Tourney and in the Forum to watch the Tigers game.

i wrote this yesterday

Quote:UConn vs Houston
sampson says jalen adams is the most difficult person to guard in the aac, and the 1 person he didnt want to see
our 1st game was competitive even without Adams..

Memphis vs UCF
memphis won by 20 the last time ucf played memphis @ memphis

SMU vs Cincy
cincy struggled badly with smu..cincy only won by 3 last meeting ..and jarrey foster wasnt playing

Wichita vs Temple
wichita was up 11 with 3 minutes left in their 1st game before a collapse

all 4 games could be upsets ...

we have really good match-ups today

I waited all day yesterday to hear what type of shoe he would be wearing. Kudos to ESPN for telling me 3800 times last night

UConn eyeing that NIT bid and looking at that auto bid with some hunger.

Going to be interesting to see attendance numbers.

I expect much better than we have had last couple years.

Heading down in a few minutes to check out the Huskies and the Coogs with the girlfriend! I haven't done a conference tournament since high school when D-Rose was at Memphis. Saw Memphis beat Tulane that year, and then watched Southern Miss beat UCF in the night cap with friends and families of the players. This one Mom and Dad did not like the UCF coach at the time. They were hollering at him the whole game. I suppose their son didn't get enough playing time. But since there were 300 people here, there is no doubt the coach could hear every word. Who was the UCF coach before Donnie Jones?

since Houston only brought 3 fans and UCONN brought nobody, they are having this one in the YMCA on 3rd street. They ran the numbers and it was cheaper than firing up FedEx Forum.

They couldn't get the ESPN equipment in there but a local high school is sending a crack reporter to cover the game on Facebook (audio play by play only).
