Well to be fair, you would have to compare it to the amount of UNT gear you see in Denton, not the giant sprawling DFW metroplex. UTSA is located in San Antonio, but UNT is located in Denton, not Dallas. Rice is definitely located in the heart of Houston though, so that's a fair point.
It's an 18 mile drive from UTSA's suburban location to downtown... So it's relative positioning in the market is closer to UNT than Rice IMO.
Rice has an enrollment of about 20% the size so it's easy to figure out that one.
