Probably has been one of the most impressive series of coaching jobs I can remember. By all rights it should be one of the worst programs in the country and yet they keep winning 10-12 games a year.

A lot of the public would be surprised about how high up there Oklahoma State is these days as a program.

Its really helped the XII in the development of an upper middle class of programs in OSU, KSU and ISU along with the resurgence of TCU to the power level.

Baylor and WV belong in that group too.

Everyone in the conference except for Tech and KU has had at least one year with a legit chance at the title or at least making the title game.

Everyone but ISU has had a legit chance in mid-November of winning the national championship since 2006 before a late loss knocked them out (KU, WVU 2006, TT 2007, KSU/OSU/TCU/BU more recent).
