Looks like Baker is out for 2004-05. :frown:

I guess there were problems with the credits he was transferring in, specifically in regards to the 4-2-4 rules (transferring from a 4-year school to a 2-year and back to a 4-year). I think his grades are fine, just a problem with credits.

At least he has a redshirt season to give, so he'll redshirt this year and have 2 years of eligibility left. Still, we could've used his rebounding this season.

I was predicting or maybe hoping with Baker, Tulsa would have 18-19 regular season wins. Now I'm back down to about a .500 year, 14-15 wins and that might take some luck!!!! :bang: That is really a big hit when potentially your best player is gone!!! It will be interesting to see if he stays around this year or goes to Europe to play??? Basketball season just got a lot less interesting---I hope the football team has another good year!!!!!

He's enrolled in classes at TU and planning to redshirt this season, if the paper is accurate. Hope he doesn't leave...

I agree completely!!!! If he stays, he will have a year practicing with the team and probably be bigger and stronger, although I don't think he needs to be any stronger. He would be a fantastic addition for our first two years in CUSA!!!!! 04-cheers Only based on what I've read about him, I would say the odds are about 50/50 of that happening, which doesn't make me very confident!!
