We can't be trusted not to get political and it's probably easier for mods to shut it down then curate. I don't blame them but I agree with you. I'd like a thread to discuss it.

The Spin Room is one of the weirdest forums I've ran across in recent years. At first I thought most of it was a mountain of sarcasm. I was wrong.

Just change the title of this to Coronavirus discussion and see if people can just discuss news about the virus and not all the other crap. It is a good place to talk about it without the finger pointing from the other board. Maybe a mod can warn that stepping over the line will lead to ban instead of closing the thread. I mean it's here in full force now, talking about who should have done what is moot, anyway. Merge the sports closings threads into this one.

We may get to a point where we're stuck in our homes for a while and it'd be nice to still talk about what's going on with our peers.

Changed thread title with warning about discussing internal US politics. If you can discuss other nation's politics related to COVID-19 without reference to Team D, Team R, or Team Other then have at it. If you go political domestically your post will be hidden from non-mods and you will receive appropriate levels of warning. If the whole thread goes off the rails it will be locked.
