My opinions on this realignment farce has been fairly consistent. He posted a graphic that I made a while back. Would a new SWC work for me? Sure if you had the right programs in the group. But, they are not going to leave their current conferences. And, what most are promoting around here is just crap. The western C-USA programs don't need non-football Sun Belt members or their weak programs that we can poach. C-USA is a conference with eastern and western members. It is not trolling to promote our actual conference's interests. What is trolling is coming on this board and pushing an agenda of realignment. Again, those not happy in C-USA can pay their exit fees and find a new conference, because there will be no agreeable realignment.

I didn't call any program inferior. I just don't want to conference with non-football programs. And, any program we can poach coaches from is by definition, weaker. That isn't delusional, it's just the truth.

By the way, I was referring to football coaches, not basketball. But the same philosophy does apply.
