But yes, we finished 5-7 in 2015 and was our first losing season. We won 10 games the following year and then it’s been downhill for the last 3 years with the lone highlight being the win over VT. So we fired Wilder and hired Rahne and we’re already seeing results in recruiting. We’ll have to wait another year to see if he can coach.

I’d say you’d have to look at more than wins in a short period of time to measures a program. Even USM who had 10000 winning seasons in a row hired a bad coach and had a few really bad years. Would you have compared their program to Eastern Michigan?

Not happening. If we were to play even a couple of games it will be in the Spring. Trust me we are very disappointed that we couldn't cash in on the pandemic mess and catch a ACC/BIG 12 team off guard and ascend to fame.
