Don't forget that since we joined in 1997 Marshall is 4-3 versus Toileto.

Here's a fun fact, we beat you 3 times when we were 1-AA = 77, 78, 79

Since 1973 our record against Toileto is 8-7 (we were 1-AA until 1997)

So there's some arbitrary dates and games for you to chew on.

Why not go with the All time series then......Toledo leads 22-18-1!

And picking the last 4 games played is not spin, it is just going with recent history. You will get no denying from me that Marshall dominated Toledo and the MAC from 1997-1999. Since then their dominance has slowly been going away and now it is evident that there are 5 or 6 teams that are as good if not better.

Like the Huerd was pointing out. MAC Attendence is god awful. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO ARGUING THAT.

The conference - has awful attendence marks. Both Marshall and Toledo are shimmering lights on that horizon. Now that Marshall has joined CUSA - there attendence stats will grow, and likely Toledos wont.

Many people have voiced desire to have extended Toledo an invite as well, but the trends moved elsewhere. There is respect for Toledo from CUSA so dont get too defensive. Id like to see the Rockets go to the Big East in five years... so keep up the efforts.

I don't need anyone to jump in and help me.....especially when I am not putting down the Herd. In another thread here I actually made a compliment to Marshall and a Herd fan made a post wanting to know why I was posting on their new board. Just because Toledo is my favorite team does not mean that I am going to put down Marshall all the time.

Ask some of the Marshall fans that know me more like HF4L and MUther. I do my share of picking on Marshall, just like I would do to other MAC teams......however I actually cheer for Marshall whenever they are not playing Toledo.
