We are closer to ready than either of those. JSU has facilities in place (multi football stadium upgrade approved) and probably 3-4 times the attendance. Dont see us getting invited but would outrank either in readiness.

JSU? Who is JSU?

Basically a slightly worse ULM clone in Alabama.

Mystery Team A ..................ULM
Enrollment: 8,854
Ranking: National Universities #299-391
Classification: Doctoral/Professional Universities
Athletics Budget: $16,927,856
Athletics Revenue: $15,568,952
Subsidy: $8,032,964 (51.6%)
Stadium: 30,427
FCS Success: 1 FCS title; 5-3 in FCS Playoffs; 4 Conference titles

Mystery Team B ..................Jacksonville St.
Enrollment: 9,021
Ranking: Regional South #77
Classification: Master's Colleges & Universities: Larger Programs
Athletics Budget: $18,416,177
Athletics Revenue: $18,416,177
Subsidy: $14,930,988 (81.08%)
Stadium: 24,000
FCS Success: 0 FCS titles; 6-9 in FCS Playoffs; 7 Conference titles

Sure the spend would increase with a move. But I would not expect JSU to be at the top of the spend level in any conference.

Plus as I stated, dont expect JSU to get an invite but would accept one at anytime from any conference.

Probably the Belt because they are more proactive. Judy is the dog in that meme that says everything is fine while the house burns down around it.

it's not just a Judy thing...Britton Banowsky before her was equally as clueless...
