I have come to favor a 14 team league that is primarily home to smaller cities and rabid fan bases as a good home for Marshall. I can make arguments either way for JMU or WKU.

There won’t be a merger . . . too many egos involved, and I believe that the Sun Belt Commish has already killed that idea.

Personally, I’m not looking to Kill CUSA . . and sincerely hope that when the dust settles there will still be enough pieces in play for them to rebuild with other FBS Indy’s and/or FCS call ups.

I know a lot of CUSA isn’t crazy about that idea, but FCs call ups aren’t necessarily fatal.

I would rather somebody pull out a map and do something that makes sense.

I just hope everyone lands safe and is happy. I do care about all of these programs, even Tech.

If I had my wish CUSA would survive and flourish as best it can under new leadership.

Breakdown of the JMU situation here is a good breakdown of the JMU situation. If we are really waiting on them then it might take longer than some suspect.

That will be the new SBC. It’s not an option, that is what is going to be announced within 2 weeks. USM will likely announce first.

I hope CUSA doesn't disappear. I do hope you find a way forward. Don't fuss to much for taking FSC call ups. A lot of the SBC came from FCS and eventually made a solid conference.
