There is no doubt UAB plays dirty. There is a reason why they are consistently the most penalized team in FBS. We are terrible and UAB is not much better

The refs even it out though calling a terrible late hit when our defender completed a perfect wrap and roll in bounds. And the receiver rolled out of bounds. Don’t believe I have ever seen that call before

Dang. Tough break, Tech. Just need to find something in these last 3 games going into next year. Going to be a sucky off-season.

We are undisciplined. The penalties just kill us.

McBride and our OL were the difference makers in this game.

Protective Stadium is a great stadium.

It’s not so much a UAB is dirty as it is a CUAB thing. There’s a difference.

I really don’t think we are that dirty, but when you’ve built up a reputation, what can you do?

I think a lot is allowed to slide by our opponents, but we get called for a lot of stuff that they’d say “play on” in the P5

Marino is gone. Eason commits a dumb foul every time he touches the field. Many of the others are Busch league bailout calls for roughing the passer.

I’ll be so happy not to see you week to week. The first roughing the qb we had called with targeting was insane. That was almost 0.5 seconds in real time asking a guy to stop hitting a qb. He hit him in the ribs. Whatever.

We do dumb **** constantly, but it’s dumb to me, not dirty. Does it hurt your feelings when a helmet is ripped off for no reason?
