UCF Florida series contract details
So the 2-1 actually pays has UF paying UCF a net $750,000 at the end of the series.

When UCF goes to Gainesville in 2024, UF pays UCF $800,000.
When UF comes to UCF in 2030, UCF pays Florida $250,000
When UCF goes back to Gainesville in 2033, UF pays UCF $200,000

If UF cancels the game in Orlando, they pay UCF $2.5 million. If UCF cancels the final game in Gainesville, UCF pays $2 million to UF.

If either one of them have conference problems with scheduling, ie SEC going to more conference games and or UCF changing conferences creating scheduling problems, the games are not cancelled, they are just mutually agreed to reschedule where they would be able to play in the same venues on a different date.
