USF Baseball and Softball Facilities
The baseball and softball facilities which are adjacent to each other and opened on 2011 have received a 1.5 million donation that will be used to upgrade and lead to second phase which is building locker rooms, coaches offices and training rooms at the stadium sites.

Eventually just as it was done with men’s and women’s basketball moving those facilities to the basketball practice facilities, it will free up more room at the Leroy Selmon Athletic Center to be used for other sports.

When this is all completed football, basketball, baseball/ softball will have their coaches, locker rooms and training facilities in their own buildings.

Pretty certain this family has given several times now. Those facilities were already pretty nice.

The facilities are nice but I know they want to move coaches offices, locker rooms and training facilities out of the Leroy Selmon Athletic Facility and attach them to current stadiums just like basketball did and football will do.

Ya, I heard that they have to dress a ways away and walk over, plus the coaches are starting to be on top of each other.
When we finish the football Operations center and this, they’ll have so much more space. Really needed.
