I wouldn’t feel too bad for him. He still did pretty good recruiting wise for the crappy season they had.

Probably the same way so many black kids play for these hillbilly coaches in the south. I'm quite sure they don't enjoy it that much either.

It's funny you say that, because Northern states are more segregated than most southern states are. Poor is poor. Growing up poor is growing up poor. A lot of those southern hillbilly coaches grew up poor and they are able to connect on that level.

Case in point is Shawn Clark at App. Grew up in Charleston, WV, went to App State, essentially the defintion of a hill billy considering his path in life. However everyone who played with him and plays for him respects him.

I wouldn't call anyone "ghetto" but Deion is about that flash. He's always been about flash. It's hard to tell if Deion is trying to do what's best for Jackson State or what's best for Deion here, though. As an employee of Barstool, I'm inclined to believe he stands to benefit from this.

Bingo! Follow the money trail.

Coach Prime got his azz handed to him today. Couldn't happen to a better guy.

I like the cut of your jib.

Also to follow this line of reasoning,
oatm says the magnitude of a falsehood can be measured by its degree of falsehood. Or, alternately by the amount of money referred to within the falsehood.

Also in golf a “big lie” could be landing it on the fringe near the green when you thought you were In the rough.

Or “that’s the biggest lie” could simply be referring to the previous sentence “ain’t got no money”

Or ain’t got no money no mo cuz we blew it all on this one recruit.

I do love me some prime time though.

You know what he cares about when his shirt for the bowl game has “@coachprime” on the back, this is ALL about Deion and always has been.

Let’s not get carried away here. Most of the top coaches in football right now are about themselves. Is why they say they love the kids but bail when money comes. None of them are doing it for altruistic reasons. Deion just puts it right out there.

I'll say this much about Portnoy: He's got some brass. Definitely not afraid to speak his mind.

Who's David Portnoy and what's his complaint?

In my wettest, wildest dreams Deion Sanders is the next Tulane HC. Imagine what kind of recruiting classes he could get with those uniforms!

Too bad our limp dick admin lacks the creativity or backbone to get anything like this done.
