I havent been to New Orleans in many years. Is Tulane really that fun? I'm impressed and should pay a visit in the future.

I saw a Tulane coed walk up in the ticket line
Drinking a bottle of wine in a sack

She handed the bottle to security
Went thru the ticket check
And security handed the bottle back to her

Miami of Ohio is on that list. As a Miami grad who bartended thru school, I can tell you there is *nothing* to do in Oxford except drink. I never got the party school vibe while there. It was more a “I’m bored so let’s get drunk” kind of thing.

Can confirm. Spent 12 years and 3 degrees having quite the raucous time. Liver may have finally recovered following a move to Texas.

It is not surprising Tulane leads the nation. All the necessary ingredients are in place:
1. Lots of available time (students typically do not work)
2. Lots of discretionary income (students usually come from well heeled families)
3. Located in a city known for celebration and causal moral attitude.

My observation is not a criticism. Tulane is an outstanding school and both my parents hold degrees there.
