Senior Bowl
Malone has made himself a lot of money this week and today. Has been the story on defense so far.
Zappe 1/2 for 32 yards so far and took a sack, but back in. Zappe not doing too well at the moment. Taken 4 sacks, missing our OL..
#seniorbowl overall MVP: @OU_Football DL Perrion Winfrey.
American player of the game: @WKUFootball DeAngelo Malone
National player of the game: @GopherFootball Boye Mafe

RE: Senior Bowl
Zap was holding on to the ball way to long. There were times when the oline gave him plenty of time and he screwed the pooch. System player. 7th round...if that. Forecast: Promising future in the True North. WKU dline killed it. Surprising, considering how awful their defense was this year. Sterns really stood out in the Shrine Bowl.

Yea Zappe has to have better awareness and an internal clock. He had that at WKU, probably just trying to doing too much to impress scouts. However, NFL teams will do more homework and not knock him off board due to one game. I disagree about him being a system QB. If he can be really accurate which I think he can be, he will have a job in NFL. Already probably better than half NFL backups.
Really impressive performance by Malone. Do we know how many CUSA alum since 2014 were named MVP for their team in game?

RE: Senior Bowl
I can't find a list of national and American players of the game, but overall MVP from Conference USA was Matt Forte from Tulane.
