Liberty beats South Alabama 8-2. After starting 0-5, with 3 losses, two of them close, against ranked teams, they have won 5 in a row, including Ohio State and Maryland. So now 5-5. We always start slow in softball, not sure why.

UNT's game against Texas has been postponed due to terrible weather here in Texas.

UNT continues to put money into our softball program. The new video board has been installed just in time for opening weekend. Can't wait to see it this weekend when we face Yale.

You're correct. I saw the Cardinal on the scoreboard and assumed it UofL.

WKU goes to 13-1 after defeating Ohio 5-4 and Dayton 3-2. Only loss of the year was 2-0 at Texas A&M.

Liberty beats Virginia 6-2. Liberty is 11-1 against ACC teams in their last 12 home games.

Very nice! Hoping between WKU, La. Tech, and Liberty, that the new CUSA is strong in a couple years.

After a 2-9 start the Lady Raiders have won 3 of the last 4.

That was the first loss for the Lady Gators.

Liberty defeats Rutgers 12-0 in five innings. Pitcher had a no hitter even though she only had one strikeout, I believe.
