Ain't it the TRUTH!!!! With the exception of USC and Reggie Bush; I am unaware of any serious punishment suffered by any of The Cartel-5 programs in the 21st Century. No wonder the NCAA is now considered to be the Cartel-5's BEEE ITCH!!!!
