Already in the business of re-recruiting our Aggie team...

I think NMSU got a good replacement for Chris Jans.

Time to get things rolling.

This was the caption under the picture:

I've never seen so many commas in my life. Don't they have proofreaders? Or people who are actually proficient in punctuation?

Time to get things rolling.

He was an assistant at Southern Miss. Great recruiter. He will do a great job. He’s ready to be a D1 HC. I wish we had hired him instead of keeping our coach this year.

I'm looking forward to another great year in the WAC first! Hopefully we can all reload a bit, win some OOC games and have a good Conference race that goes down to the wire. I honestly believe one of the biggest reasons my alma mater was able to win a game in the dance is because of how good the rest of the WAC was. We all can ride this wave, we just need to have another high NET season.

GO AGGIES!!!!!

RE: Welcome to Coach Heiar
This is the article from the Northwest Florida State College athletics site about Coach Heiar leaving.

https://www.nwfraiders.com/sports/mbkb/2...032902eiva

He took over a program that won 6 games the previous season and led them to 31 wins and a national championship.

Sometimes a coach at a juco has tons of untapped local talent, but his roster is full of kids he recruited from just about everywhere. He’s definitely connected to the recruiting pipeline.

Sure looks like a great hire by NMSU and a ticket to serious competitiveness in CUSA when the time comes. Best of luck Aggies!

I think the WAC is going to see NMSU play more disruptive style of defense this coming season similar to Abilene Christian, Stephen F. Austin and Tarleton. With a 6'7 point guard and possibly 7'3 center in the rotation, NMSU will have a lot of length to disrupt passing lanes.
