Also, they are constructing a building as well. To be honest, not sure what all that's going to consist of at this stage, but more than just clearing land and dropping tents.

I know you all aren’t exceptionally delighted with your AD at the moment, but they get it done on the fundraising side of things. They must have done a really nice job building relationships with your larger donors.

Smart Rice fans feel pretty safe for now at 46’ elevation above Sea Level and at less flooding risk than most parts of Houston. Charlotte and Greenville are good relocation options if sea levels rise due to that climate change.

Our Stadium field is below grade and has a sump pump that continually keeps the field level from flooding, as long as the power stays on.

Charlotte won’t need such a contraption for their stadium I’d say.
