Hard fought game.
Would love to continue playing in all sports, but being told UAB does not feel the same. If that was it, adios, Dragons! Tear up the AAC.

I’ll miss USM. I’ve never felt any hatred towards them, just a ton of respect. I’d love to keep playing in football every few years, and there’s no reason we can’t have a baseball series nearly every year….

We will continue I know in womens hoops. Just not next year. Both schools had ooc set already.

I had actually heard we will continue playing in multiple sports. Football will be a way out due to current OOC obligations.

That sucks about football. I hate not being able to play against a team that brings fans and we have gone 8-2 against the last ten games

I think looking ahead it's several years before we don't have a full OOC.. I say several it's at least 2-3 years and we have OOC games scheduled with Troy who'll know be a conference opponent so we'll have to fill that. On top of that we're playing Tulane 4x in the next 5 years if I remember correctly. Hopefully we can get something worked out. AS much as I hate playing UAB, I enjoy the games.

With UAB out, that was it.
