It goes without saying that Rich Rod didn't only upgrade his coaching position (from OC to HC) but JSU is significantly better on an institutional level than ULM as well.

Improvement finished has been delayed until the 2024 season. Had first been projected for the 2023 seaspn.

A year delay is no big deal. Everyone is dealing with issues right now. What is important is they still are being done, and Jak State still has a new conference.
