She was "just" arrested...in January. OF 2021! And I find can nothing online that says anything further about her case. I assume it's still pending? Further, her alleged crimes were committed in Texas...a state trump easily won.

I think with some of these trigger laws, some of the abortion clinics were unclear in the days following the rulings. It could be that clinic thought there were no exception when the girl came in for her consult.

Notice how the county childrens department failed to notify anyone until after the governor said very publicly that law enforcement nor the state had any record of a 10 year old getting raped.

Funny how the health official who first claimed this also clammed up for the past week on this. We need to find out exactly WHEN she notified authorities as required by law.

Sounds like they were perfectly fine with pedophilia occuring, as it could be swept under the rug with a simple abortion.
