Biltmore
So I’ve just spent Labor Day at the Biltmore Estate near Asheville, NC. — an amazing experience. Try to set aside a day for that, both for yourself and your family, if you haven’t already done that before. You’ll be glad you did.

I went there with a group once because it was on the ladies' bucket list. The ladies forgot to look up the prices though, so we were not prepared for $80+/each (or whatever it was) and turned around.

How many hours did you all spend there?

We stayed for about 7-7.5 hours.

My group had looked up the prices in advance and so we were prepared for that, and also prepared to spend the bulk of the day there. But, to me, there is enough to see there, to justify the price, which is admittedly not-cheap.

meh...rather see Elvis' three tvs and walls filled to the gills with his gold records at Graceland. Plus enough left over for a peanut-butter-and-banana-sammich.

LOL. We’re allowed to do both!

And yes, Graceland is a wonderful place to visit, too.
