Watching Houston/Memphis and I see 'Liberty Stadium' painted on the field
In decades of watching college football I've never seen it phrased that way. It was always the Liberty Bowl. It's like seeing the Rose Stadium or Cotton Stadium. It just seems wrong when you say it.

Have I missed something while not paying close attention to Memphis football? Or is this new branding?
