Recently when the Avalanche played Vancouver, Sheldon Dries scored for the Canucks.

Mattias has returned from injury for Buffalo.

Paul Cotter scored in the 7th round of the shootout to win it for Vegas tonight.

Just noticed Drew Worrad has been sent to the ECHL { Toledo } was at Grand Rapids AHL . Had 1 goal and 3 assists in 11 games last year but 0 points in 21 games this year . Ronnie is doing decent in Leigh Valley .

It's so tough for goalies to get to the next level as there is just not a lot of opportunities. I remember watching Zane McIntyre for North Dakota in 2014-15, he was a stud at the NCAA level, .929 & 2.05, Mike Richter Award winner. He was also in Bruins system @ Providence, had a good first year .898 & 2.68, followed up with a very good .931 & 1.99 the following season. In 2016-17 he had the AHL best save percentage. His numbers have been pretty good and consistent in the AHL, with only a couple of games at the NHL level. He is in his eighth year now still trying to catch on as a regular at the next level.
