The legislature already acted. The issue is that Garrett knows damn well they arent abiding by the law, and is squirming in his pants. The judge stated that the law is not ambiguous. The state was hoping he said it was so they could get the lawsuit tossed. If the judge says the law isnt ambiguous, then the past two elections did not follow the law on signature verification.
