I feel like he needs 1 more win for that. We went 6-6 last season so 7 wins are needed to show 'progress' but that's just my opinion.

In theory he has 2 more shots at that win.

only reason I know of them is Terry Bowden coached there after Auburn ran him off. He won something like 30 games in 3 seasons and got hired away...I guess that was their 15 mins of fame.

He's returning, regardless of what happens with SMU and the bowl game.
