Reggie Theus now
So, I’m watching Chicago State play at Bethune Cookman on a terrible YouTube stream.

Reggie Theus is the head men’s coach and AD at B-C in Florida. I wasn’t aware. Game is on now, 12-1 at 8 PM eastern. Link is below if you want to have at look at Reggie at 63.

Thought somebody might enjoy it.

If you aren’t interest in watching, I can’t blame you, so here’s his bio. He looks about the same.

His associate head coach is Chris Pompey, former Aggie assistant for 4 seasons, most recently at Southern Utah. Assistant Richard Grant spent several seasons at NMMI where he coached Trevelin Queen. He also coached last season at Palm Beach State, who played against GH’s former school.

RE: Reggie Theus now
I remember Reggie Theus well! He took over after Lou Henson and started NMSU’s streak of NCAA Tournaments in a tougher WAC. I vaguely recall him generously taking NMSU to play at Chicago St’s old gym on NYD - I wonder if that was the former Bull in him scheduling that.

RE: Reggie Theus now
We played a neutral site game against Chicago State under Theus in 2005-06. In 2006-07, we played a home and home with you. We were a tournament team that year and Chicago State played us close in both games. We won by 6 in Chicago and 10 at home.

That’s when you had David Holston, who might be Chicago States best player ever.
