A bit of crazy feeling for Charlotte fans. 10 years ago we didn’t have a team and now we are playing a Primetime game on NBC.

RE: 2023 AAC Early Season Game Times and TV Coverage
From the Navy perspective...

Good to see the Thursday night game on ESPN
The NMCMS game picked by ESPN will be ECU's visit 18 November. Hope we're both doing well enough for that to get better than noon on ESPN2.
As expected, the other NMCMS games are 3:30 ET CBSSN
We already knew the three OTA OOC games.

A couple other conference wide thoughts...
Good slots for most of the OOC away games - chances to keep up the P6 profile (though several good exposures are longshots)
A couple potential negatives in tbds -- Thusday 19 October and CCG still could get jumped by Sun Belt games. I'm confident in the CCG on ABC but Rice Tulsa could be on the deuce behind JMU Marshall.

Rice at Texas, 9/2 @ 2:30 on Fox. Should be brutally hot on the Rice side.

I hate that ECU's opener at Michigan is on Peacock.

I guess I won't be seeing that one. I refuse to buy any more streaming services.

Gonna be the same for us against Cal. 3pm Kickoff in early September? We're gonna roast.

Only potential benefit would be for us, if they choose to practice outside in the heat rather than in the IPF. Definitely made a difference against a couple more mild summer teams in the past.

Cal is playing at North Texas. The game is not in Berkeley.

Hopefully, we wear White and let them wear their dark jerseys. 03-nutkick

RE: 2023 AAC Early Season Game Times and TV Coverage
After studying this release, I think the AAC has great opportunities to host some quality teams and make some noise in each week of the first 4 weeks our OOC schedule.

Week 0: Navy vs. Notre Dame (in Dublin) NBC - Neutral site game for a global audience, against a college football blue blood 04-cheers

Week 1: Cal @ North Texas ESPNU - A chance for a new member to help the new line-ups perception

Week 2: Ole Miss @ Tulane ESPN2 - If Tulane is anything close to as good as they were against USC, the SEC will take and "L" in this one

Week 3: Alabama @ South Florida ABC - Not sure how good USF is, but at least they are hosting
Oklahoma @ Tulsa ESPN/ESPN2 - I know the game is in Tulsa, but who will have the home field advantage?

Week 4: Miami @ Temple (TBA) - Miami isn't Miami anymore. Go Temple!

Good exposure for Rice. I'm excited. This is the most we've been on television in over ten years. Maybe that's a good thing.

My wife says the same thing about Boston. Froze her ass off the entire summer. Southern girls

So, for us newbies, when do we usually get the second half of the TV schedule?
