Stony Brook Receives $500M Donation
Seeing several reports that Stony Brook has received a $500M donation from a wealthy couple, and that it triggers $200M in matching funds from the state. Funds come in over seven years. Saw no mention of an athletics angle.

This a great news for us. In 5/6 years our endowment will be over a billion! Although I don’t think any money from this will go into athletics.
