The feud between Dusty and the 4 Horsemen was a constant in the 1980's. It never got old. Dusty and Ric Flair knew how to cut legendary promos and keep the people riled up for the next big showdown.

Flair was the limousine ridin', jet flyin', diamonds are forever world champ. Dusty was the working mans hero, the son of plumber.

The 1980's NWA stuff was much more reality based, as were the WWF stuff was more cartoonish.
