...so - any info from the PAC meeting?
...I've been seeing some info trickle in on other threads, but I haven't found any 'links' about anything...

is GK still employed by the PAC?

is the deal actually $20-ish mill per team with mondo streaming?

why isn't Flug live right now? 03-lmfao

I'm not yet seeing anything very recent on ESPN.com or SI.com.

Turner/Warner is about the only one I could think of - they had some games 'back in the day', so not a foreign idea, but - will be interesting as to how much they want to pony up for PAC, especially if the primary package is Apple, who is reported as typically requiring an 'all-or-nothing package' type of deal...

TBS/TNT is interesting. Not sure if they don’t carry a possible “stigma” as CBS’ overflow stations?

...yeah, if they make it thru lunch (anybody run the numbers on the local catering services in the meeting area? 03-drunk ), probably won't be much info until day's end.

...and with that, this IS a CLOSED meeting, correct?

AEW Collision has the primetime Saturday spot on TNT and Warner has been more than happy with the viewership for AEW, especially in the 18-34 demographic.

I say that more because you may have some in the PAC who are hurt over not having access to the broadcast flagships, and get the cable stations instead. I wouldn’t equate pro wrestling with college sports around that company of stiffs.

You and I know tv isn’t what it used to be. But try to tell these people that you can survive and potentially thrive outside of the old broadcast flagships…they may not want anything with it. Especially if all of the other major conferences can find a place there. It’s the optics.

TNT has AEW on Saturday nights, so a Pac-12 deal would have to be for afternoon games or Friday Night unless they place them on TBS

Ha! I must be Wilner’s source here.

The way this Pac 9 TV saga is going reminds me of the NHL tv negotiations. TNT, TBS and even True TV do have slots open for Friday nights and Saturdays. We’ll see.

They will deny that report to their doctor at their next cholesterol check.

TNT has AEW on Friday and Saturday nights

TBS also has the MLB playoffs in October. TNT has Saturday afternoons open. Steaming component as well.

No clue on how and how much Turner would go, even with if they were interested, but they have the availability to make it work.

...with that, I guess I didn't catch whether this is 'in-person' or 'zoom'... I would think that the gravity of the situation would warrant an 'all in the same room' configuration, but... 03-phew
