MWC has expensive buy-outs. The league they are going to will offer how much per team? PAC owes $50 million to Comcast. Their finances are terrible. MWC should just sit back and buy the PAC name when it goes up for sale in bankruptcy meetings.

I have been wondering about what will happen to those 50 million if the PAC disintegrates. Surely Comcast will try to hold someone accountable for paying that. Will it be the last schools that decided to disintegrate or will all the leaving schools have to pitch in? I don't know the answer.

No they wont. They will all leap at the change to have "PAC" on their football fields. Question is, will anyone in the AAC bite after the less then "power" media deal has been offered.

Does the MWC get involved trying to attract the last PAC teams left? Or do they dissolve themselves when everyone wants to become a new member of the new PAC? Is SMU swayed? Does the PAC just fold up? Are we going to see some P5 indys in Cal, Stan, OR St and WSU?
Any other variety of things can happen.
What happens with Memphis in all this. Don't hear any talk about them. That is a major school sort of left on the wayside.
