The solution is very easy. Most people with half a brain know that China and India share a border and they are at odds many times. Sometimes even people die on their borders. Let's have a war between them. Both own nuclear weapons and both have a gazillion people. You can eliminate most of those Billionaires problems very quickly plus most of the carbon emissions would be drastically reduced.
